Ingredients :
1/2 cup breast milk / formula
1 small ripe banana, mashed
a few drop of lemon juice
a few drops of vanilla essence
2 tsp custard powder
Method:
Mix breast milk/formula, custard powder, water and vanilla together in a microwave-proof bowl.
Place in microwave, cook on high power for 2 minutes stirring halfway.
Cool custard.
Mash banana with a little lemon juice.
Stir through custard and serve immediately.
